Frequently asked questions
What is included in the Education Plan subscription?
You will get access to all the courses from Early Years through to Key Stage 4, plus life skills, fun facts, everything! As more courses are added, they will be included in your subscription at no extra cost!
Do I need to pay multiple subscriptions if I have more than one learner?
No, for one monthly subscription, everyone in your home can do their own courses, simply adding their name when doing tests to get personalised certificates.
Do I have to work through every video and download before doing tests?
No, you can jump back and forth between key stages and subjects as you like. You could even do the knowledge tests to see what studying needs to be done.
Do I have to match my child's age to the relevant key stage?
No, we recognise that everyone learns at a different pace, and that sometimes we need to go back to the very beginning in order to understand a subject better, and at other times, we can race forward on another subject.
Can I obtain a qualification with Skillsets Connect?
No, we provide the grounding for a learner to write GCSE's at their chosen examination centre, if they choose to do so. We have provided past papers to test yourself with, but cannot provide a GCSE certification.
What happens when new courses are added?
You will automatically get access to any new courses that are added, and an email letting you know what is new.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely, even though we don't think you will want to! Cancel any time you want and it will end at the end of the latest period paid for.
How much is the monthly subscription?
We offer a variety of subscriptions to match your needs and budget, from £15.00 per month per key stage
